Include the app version, your operating system and the steps that led to the problem. Screenshots with fictional or hidden personal data can help. Never send passwords, vault exports, signing keys or access tokens.
For a possible security issue, describe the behaviour and its impact privately by email. Do not send real credentials or exploit another person's services.
